Take the 1 for 101 Challenge!
Welcome to the 1 for 101 Challenge! My name is Adam and I created this site to share my progress in a program that I wanted to attempt. The program is all about making a change in your life and shifting towards a healthier and more active lifestyle. The premise is quite simple: 1 hour of fitness a day for 101 days.
You can expect to see my daily fitness log as well as nutritional information from my diet. Along with any other thoughts and good pieces of information to share.
Whether the goal is to just be more active, to step into a more intense workout program and adding in a diet, or other benchmarks is completely up to you. No matter what your activity level is, you can take steps to change your path to an active lifestyle. By the end of 101 days it will be more then just part of your routine it!
